52 Laboratory 개인정보처리방침

52 Laboratory 운영자(이하 “운영자”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 52 Laboratory Android 앱(이하 “앱”)에서 처리되는 정보와 그 목적을 설명합니다.
1. 앱이 직접 처리하는 정보
앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 등의 직접 식별정보를 운영자 서버로 수집하지 않습니다. 발견한 요소, 조합 기록, 힌트 기록 및 작업대 상태와 같은 게임 진행 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
2. 광고 서비스에서 처리하는 정보
앱은 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)을 통해 두 가지 광고를 표시합니다.
- 배너 광고: 게임 화면 하단에 표시됩니다.
- 보상형 동영상 광고: 이용자가 힌트를 요청할 때만 표시되며, 광고를 끝까지 시청한 경우에만 힌트를 제공합니다.
Google은 광고 제공, 분석 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 대략적인 위치, 앱 및 광고 상호작용, 성능 및 진단 정보, Android 광고 ID 등의 기기 식별자를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

3. 쿠팡 파트너스
앱에는 쿠팡 파트너스가 제공하는 다이나믹 제휴 배너가 표시될 수 있습니다. 배너가 화면에 표시되는 과정에서 쿠팡의 광고·제휴 서버에 iframe으로 연결되며, IP 주소, 브라우저 및 기기 정보, 쿠키 또는 유사 식별자, 배너 노출·클릭 정보 등이 처리될 수 있습니다. 배너를 누르면 쿠팡으로 이동하고, 이동 후에는 쿠팡의 개인정보처리방침과 이용약관이 적용됩니다. 배너에는 제휴 사실과 수수료 안내를 표시합니다.
4. 개인정보 처리 목적
- 배너 광고 및 이용자가 선택한 보상형 광고 제공, 힌트 보상 처리
- 광고 성과 측정 및 서비스 분석
- 보안 유지, 부정행위 방지 및 오류 진단
- 게임 진행 상태의 기기 내 저장
5. 보관 및 삭제
게임 진행 정보는 이용자가 앱 안에서 진행 상황을 초기화하거나 앱의 저장공간을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 해당 기기에만 보관됩니다. 앱은 게임 진행 정보를 외부 서버나 Android 자동 백업으로 전송하지 않습니다. 광고 관련 정보의 보관 및 삭제에는 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다.
6. 이용자의 선택권
관련 법령에 따라 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 동의 화면을 제공합니다. 이용자는 앱 더보기 메뉴의 개인정보 버튼에서 선택을 변경할 수 있으며 Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 방침 변경
서비스 또는 법령 변경에 따라 본 방침이 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 본 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하여 알립니다.

52 Laboratory Privacy Policy

The operator of 52 Laboratory (the “Operator”) values your privacy. This policy explains the information processed by the 52 Laboratory Android app (the “App”) and why it is processed.
1. Information processed by the App
The App does not require an account and does not send directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number to the Operator. Game progress—including discovered elements, combinations, hint history, and the current table—is stored only on your device.
2. Information processed by advertising services
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display two types of ads.
- Banner ads are displayed at the bottom of the game screen.
- Rewarded video ads appear only when you request a hint. A hint is granted only after the rewarded ad has been watched to completion.
To deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and diagnose errors, Google may automatically collect or share IP addresses and approximate location, app and ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID.

3. Coupang Partners
The App may display a dynamic affiliate banner provided by Coupang Partners. When the banner is displayed, it connects to Coupang's advertising and affiliate servers through an iframe. Those servers may process IP address, browser and device information, cookies or similar identifiers, and banner impression or click information. Tapping the banner opens Coupang, where Coupang's privacy policy and terms apply. The banner discloses the affiliate relationship and potential commission.
4. Purposes of processing
- Delivering banner ads and user-requested rewarded ads and granting hint rewards
- Measuring ad performance and analyzing the service
- Maintaining security, preventing fraud, and diagnosing errors
- Saving game progress on the device
5. Retention and deletion
Game progress remains only on your device until you reset it in the App, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. The App does not send game progress to an external server or Android automatic backup. Google's policies apply to the retention and deletion of advertising data.
6. Your choices
Where required by law, the App presents a consent form before requesting ads. You can review your privacy choices through Privacy in the App's More menu. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13, and the Operator does not knowingly collect children's personal information directly.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced by updating the effective date on this page.
